Eparque Urban Strategies is an urban policy and planning consultancy based in New York City, serving clients globally. We specialize in revitalization of downtowns and inner cities, underused urban land, waterfronts, and historic urban cores. Our services range from identification and assessment for area regeneration projects to developing framework plans, masterplans, and recommending financing strategies for implementation.
Our clients include development banks, UN Agencies, local and regional governments around the world. We are an intentionally small team with access to a carefully selected network of experts with whom we partner to meet the specific needs of each project. This approach allows us to reduce bureaucracy and stay responsive, while retaining access to deep expertise to deliver world-class strategies and projects for our clients.
